Concepciones sobre diversidad y diferencia en docentes de primaria del colegio Villemar el Carmen IED.
Abstract
Este trabajo investigativo pretende indagar las concepciones acerca de diversidad y diferencia de las docentes de primaria del colegio Villemar el Carmen IED, sede C Jornada tarde y analizar de qué manera esas concepciones fundamentan sus prácticas pedagógicas desde una mirada de la inclusión educativa. Las categorías teóricas que sustentan esta investigación son diversidad, diferencia, práctica pedagógica e inclusión educativa, las cuales guían el camino metodológico que se centra en el análisis de contenido donde prevalece un enfoque interpretativo. En esta investigación se logra evidenciar que las comprensiones que se realizan en la academia específicamente frente a los constructos de diversidad y diferencia no son las mismas comprensiones que las docentes tienen y que hacen parte de su práctica pedagógica.
Abstract
The purpose of this research paper is to inquire into the concepts of diversity and difference in the elementary school teachers at Villemar el Carmen IED school - Sede C – afternoon shift. Likewise, the aim is to analyze how those concepts support the teachers’ pedagogical practices from a glance to the educational inclusion. The theoretical categories that support this research are diversity, difference, pedagogical practice and educational inclusion, which lead the methodological pathway that focuses on te analysis of content where an interpretative approach prevails.
In this research, it is possible to demonstrate that the understanding reached by the academy, especifically for the construct of diversity and difference, are not the same that the teachers have reached and that make part of teir pedagogical practice.
